Real Gustavian: The Swedish Home Store

   Grand Opening Aug 15th

         Real Gustavian announces the grand opening of the first retail store, on Saturday August 15 at 389 Stockbridge Rd in Great Barrington MA. As one of the top importers of authentic Swedish antiques, furniture, decorative arts and textiles, the store will be filled with a selection of unique Swedish merchandise. Company founder, Lani Sternerup personally set up the Swedish home store and is managing  it daily.

  Real Gustavian, Swedish Home Store will be featuring not only a changing inventory of Swedish 18th and 19th century antiques but also a full line of contemporary Scandinavian home furnishings and unique gifts.  Please visit the new boutique located at 389  Stockbridge Road in Great Barrington. The shop will feature Swedish textiles including a historically reproduced line of Swedish upholstery fabrics, tableware by Rorstrand          ( Sweden's oldest porcelain factory, and Europe's second oldest), stoneware by Hoganas Ceramics and unique and playfull stemware by Boda Nova. Hand dipped dripless candles, Swedish children's books  by renowned author Elsa Beskov, napkins, custom made lamps and historic reproduction furniture made in Sweden, are also being added to the expanded inventory.
